The US Women's Soccer Team posted two strong wins against Korea this past week - 4-0 on 6/1 and 3-0 on 6/4. These bode well for the team under the new head coach Emma Hayes as we approach the Olympics this summer. We wait with bated breath for her to name her 18-person roster towards the beginning of July.

The WNBA has kicked off it's in-season tournament - The Commissioner's Cup - this week. Games will take place between June 1st and June 25th. Each team will play five games. The team with the best record in each division will compete in the finals of the Cup. The team with the overall best record will host the finals. With a prize pool of $500,000, presented by Coinbase, and commitments to donate to charities, there's a lot on the line. More details here, including the schedule.

No. 3 Coco Gauff fell to No. 1 Iga Świątek in the semi-final of Roland-Garros today, eliminating the possibility of an American as a Grand Slam Winner. Nonetheless, we are in for some great tennis as No. 12 Jasmine Paolini and No. 1 Iga Świątek go toe to toe on Sat, Jun 8 to see who will take home the hardware.
