Elite eight matchups between #1 Iowa and #3 LSU was a record-breaker of an NCAA March Madness game, drawing 12.3 MILLION viewers. It was the most-watched college basketball game EVER on ESPN platforms. Let that sink in! And now get ready for the final four match-ups TOMORROW: 7pm EDT is #1 South Carolina vs. #3 NC State and 9:30pm EDT is #1 Iowa vs. #3 UConn.
WNBA Draft announcements are also heating up with the following key college players announcing their intent: Kamilla Cardoso, Angel Reese, Cameron Brink, Aaliyah Edwards, Rickea Jackson, and Alissa Pili, to name a few. WNBA draft is set for Mon, April 15, 7:30 pm EDT.
Last week USWNT midfielder Korbin Albert shared an anti-LGBTQ+ video and liked content making light of Megan Rapinoe's season-ending injury last year. In response, USWNT leaders Alex Morgan and Lindsay Horan shared some of their perspectives on the issue: "We’ve worked extremely hard to uphold the integrity of this national team through all of the generations, and we are extremely, extremely sad that this standard was not upheld."
