March Madness comes to an end this weekend with semifinal matchups beginning tomorrow at 7pm ET (Texas Vs. South Carolina) and 9pm ET (Uconn vs. UCLA). The champion will be crowned Sunday, April 6th at 3pm ET - who will it be?? Relatedly, congratulations to JuJu Watkins for winning the 2025 Naismith Player of the Year award!

On Sat, April 5th the USWNT takes on No. 8 ranked Brazil in it's first slew of international friendlies. Info on the game (including how to watch) can be found here. Sending lots of love to USWNT defender Tierna Davidson who confirmed a season-ending ACL injury this week. Sad to have to write about another ACL tear in back to back editions of the Thursday Sports Pulse!

Megha Ganne (Stanford Junior) shot a record 63 on Wednesday at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. Her personal best was two strokes better than the previous record. More info on her performance here.
